You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply complete the return form and email it to consumerservice@thuncasa.com. You can find all the details in the Returns and Refunds section. You will then receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.

Thanks to the contribution of our Quality team, we are constantly committed to ensuring high product standards. However, you can follow our "Returns due to defects or non-conformities" procedure. Simply complete the specific form found in the Returns and Refunds section and send it to consumerservice@thun.it.
The authorization to return the products will in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return.

You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used to make your payment.
In case of payment on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

To find our THUN CASA retailers in your area, simply visit our Store Locator and enter your city in the search bar. The available filters will allow you to narrow your search to only those stores that carry individual brands.

If the item you're looking for isn't available in-store, our sales staff will be able to advise you of other locations in your area. Upon your request, they'll contact the store to let you know whether or not the item you're interested in is available.

Can I find a sample item from a past collection?
A product from a past collection may no longer be in production and, consequently, not available in our stores or on our online shop.
Our sales assistants will be able to suggest contact details of other stores near you that may have the item.
